Marija Patterson was born in Austria of Lithuanian parents and migrated to Australia with her family. After a career in finance and administration, Marija obtained a fine arts degree (Sculpture) with honours at RMIT in 2003 as a mature age student. She has taught art to children with special needs, given private lessons, run workshops, and has established her art practice, splitting her time between her studios in Stanley and in Clifton Hill, Victoria. Marija exhibits her work several times a year in group shows and has been invited to show in joint exhibitions. Her work can be found in private collections in Australia and overseas. 

 

Marija is available to run workshops and classes within Victoria.
